Returns/Exchanges

  • We gladly accept returns and exchanges for products in original, unused, unaltered condition, and in original packaging.

In-Stock/Floor Model Furniture:

  • Floor Model Furniture is sold as is, and is not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Furniture, Mirrors, and Rugs:  

  • Ships in 2-6 weeks.  Lead time may vary based on item popularity, processing volume, and carrier constraints
  • Returns initiated within 7 days of pick up or delivery will be refunded to the original method of payment.* (*excluding cash purchases, which will be refunded by a corporate check mailed to the billing address within 2 weeks).
  • Returns initiated between 8 to 14 days of receipt will be refunded for merchandise credit.
  • Returns initiated after 15 days and over will not be accepted.
  • The returned item will be subject to inspection upon arrival:
    • Returns of pieces in original, unused, and unaltered condition will be refunded to the original method of payment or credited towards an exchange.
    • Returns of pieces that do not meet this standard are not eligible for refund or exchange.
  • Fees for delivery or return shipping are the customer’s responsibility.

Everything else:

  • Returns initiated within 14 days of receipt will be refunded to the original method of payment.* (*excluding cash purchases, which will be refunded by a corporate check mailed to the billing address within 2 weeks).
  • Returns initiated between 15 to 30 days of receipt will be refunded for merchandise credit.
  • Returns initiated after 31 days and over will not be accepted.

Exceptions:                              

  • We do not accept returns or allow exchanges, nor do we offer refunds for the following products and services:
    • Final sale, custom orders, special orders, any modified products including sleeping pillows, comforters, open packages, fabric, monogrammed products, products damaged through normal wear and tear, gift cards, labor fees, installation fees, delivery fees, shipping fees.        
    • Damaged through normal wear and tear, gift cards, labor fees, installation fees, delivery fees, shipping fees.
